Host 'localhost' is not allowed to connect to this MariaDB server

Image removed.This error can be sorted out skipping grant table.

you can add the skip-grant-tables in mysql configuration file(my.ini)

open the my.ini file

add that line

and restart the mysql server.  Now you can noticed that localhost will be running as expected
